Initially established in Vilnius in 1992 as HRStrategies, the consultancy was acquired by Aon Consulting in 1994 becoming part of Aon Corporation, a US-based Fortune 500 Company, the world’s second largest insurance brokerage firm and one of the top ten consulting companies in the US.
The Vilnius-based HR consultancy was spun off from Aon Inc. in 2004 as Delta Management Solutions LLC retaining the status of “Aon Alliance Partner” under which we currently operate.

In our 14 years of operation, we have continued to expand and innovate, adapting to individual client needs and the overall market.
